The book, "Public Procurement in the World and in Turkey & Country Practices on Central Purchasing Services" of our General Directorate has been published in Turkish and English.

Directorate General of State Supply Office, “Turkey's Central Purchasing Body”, has been closely monitoring the developments in public procurement practices around the world.

In this direction; our book, “Public Procurement in the World and in Turkey & Country Practices on Central Purchasing Services" which examines the public procurement systems of our country and 13 different countries including Germany, the United States of America, Austria, Brazil, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Republic of Korea, England, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, and Slovenia has been published.

In our book it is aimed;

• to determine how and by which institutions the procurement functions in the process of meeting public needs are carried out,
• to determine current trends and successful public procurement models in the light of the information obtained,
• to obtain data that will guide the strategy planning process of our General Directorate.
