The Protocol, specifying the Terms and Conditions Regarding E-Invoice and E-Archive Invoice Special Integration Services and E-Ledger Application, was signed on 13.09.2018 between DMO and PTT.

Through the Protocol signed with a ceremony with the participation of delegations headed by Mr. Mücahit CİVRİZ, the Chairman of the Board and General Director of DMO and Mr. Kenan BOZGEYİK, the Chairman of the Board and General Director of PTT, the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding e-invoice and e-archive invoice services to be provided by PTT to DMO were determined.  

With the e-invoice and e-archive invoice applications, which will go into operation under the protocol, it is aimed that;

• Since the e-invoices to be issued by the suppliers will reach directly to the system of our Office, the problems such as the loss of invoices, the late arrival of the bills go away and the transaction processes are shortened,
• The invoices to be issued to our customers included in the e-invoice system are immediately forwarded to their parties,
• E-archive invoices, to be arranged for our customers who are not included in the e-invoice system, are delivered to their e-mail addresses immediately and thus paper, time and labor force are saved,
• Shipping costs are eliminated as invoices will be sent electronically,
• The statistical data regarding the procurement and sales of our Office are reported more quickly and accurately.
